Dare coupons with no expiry date!

I wrote to Dare few days ago because I bought a box of Bear Paws
 that had expired coupons inside.

I was really amazed when I saw the nice letter and the beautiful coupons they sent me!!! The coupons are for any Dare products and don't have an expiry date. Thank you Dare for taking care of your loyal customers. I have been eating Bear Paws for more than 30 years, that is a lot of Bear Paws. LOL.

    That's really nice!
Funny, however, that when I emailed them last week, asking to be put on a mailing list for special promotions, samples, and/or coupons, they wrote me back saying they don't do that sort of thing, and if I wanted coupons, that they are normally located in their products, so I should purchase them.
